Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the contractual relationship between [Company name to be inserted] (hereinafter "the Operator") and the user requesting availability or booking a space.

The Operator offers furnished apartments and rooms located in the Navigli area, Milan, for temporary rental periods of between 3 and 18 months. The spaces are intended exclusively for private residential use.

Submitting the request form through the website does not constitute a binding contract. The rental agreement is only finalised upon signature by both parties and payment of the agreed security deposit.

The Operator reserves the right to accept or refuse any request, even without providing a reason.

The minimum stay is 3 months. The monthly rent is that indicated in the personalised offer communicated by the Operator. Additional costs explicitly stated in the contract are excluded.

Upon signing the contract, a security deposit is required, the amount of which is agreed between the parties. The deposit will be returned within 30 days of the end of the stay, minus any charges for damage or breach of contract.

The guest undertakes to:

• Use the space exclusively for personal residential purposes
• Not sublet or transfer use of the space to third parties
• Comply with building regulations and neighbourly conduct
• Return the space in the same condition in which it was received
• Promptly report any faults or damage

Early termination conditions are defined in the individual rental contract. In the absence of specific agreements, the applicable provisions of Italian law apply.

This agreement is governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
